Section 14 of the Terms of Use sends disputes to individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out of that section, for free, within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, and it changes nothing else about your use of the app.
Arbitration Opt-OutThat is all. You do not need a reason, a lawyer or a form.
The support address is being set up and will be printed here. Until it is, no address on this site is ours: do not send anything sensitive to an address you found elsewhere.
Send it within 30 days of first accepting the Terms. We will not treat an opt-out as a reason to refuse you anything.
If you opt out, Section 14 does not apply to you and disputes go to the courts identified in Section 13 instead. Every other part of the Terms stays in force. If we later change Section 14, Section 14.8 gives you a fresh 30 days to reject that change.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Australia, Section 14 never applied to you in the first place: see Section 15.
