The support address is being set up and will be printed here. Until it is, no address on this site is ours: do not send anything sensitive to an address you found elsewhere.

Please never send a real key, token or screenshot of one. Nothing about a problem needs the secret itself, and the app is built so that we never see one.

Where we are established

The jurisdiction in which Luis Masmela Blanco is established, which Terms of Use section 13.1 points at for the governing law, is being confirmed and will be printed here.

Before you write

• A key came out wrong. The app marks every character it is unsure about in amber or red. Tap one to correct it, then export again. The app checks a key's shape, never whether it is genuine or still valid, so a key that looks right can still have been revoked at the service it belongs to.
• The Vault is empty after a restore. Vault items are stored in this device's Keychain only, never in iCloud and never in a cross-device restore. That is deliberate, and it cannot be undone from our side.
• The unlock did not carry to another device. Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. The unlock is a universal purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
